About Marie
I taught English as a Second Language to elementary age students for 27 years before retirement. In the last 5 years of my teaching career, I completed Level 4 of the Healing Touch program which is working with body energy. My grandmother worked with healing energy. She brought these abilities with her from Mexico. People would come to her home and she would help them in their healing process. I have taken many classes over the years in the Twin Cities and beyond and my experiences led me to working with the energy of the land.
I have been a student/member of Amy Lamm’s Earth Tenders Academy for the past 5 years. I am a founding guardian of her business, The Wild Keep. Every month we hone our skills working on a member's land through guided meditation. We have traveled to New Mexico and Florida for workshops. It is through these experiences that I found an ease in working with the nature spirits to heal the land.
